Thomas Conroy is a co-founder of Kinetic Power, which is developing the Carrizo Four Corners Hydroelectric Energy Storage Center. Mr. Conroy has been a senior power generation executive for over 40 years with direct experience in pumped storage hydro, solar, wind, coal, and oil generation plants and technologies. He has developed power generation asset portfolio models that provide understanding of the dynamics, economics, and grid benefits of seasonal duration storage assets.

Tracy Livingston is a co-founder of Kinetic Power and brings 35 years’ experience as a start-up founder, technologist, and renewable project development leader. As Founder and CEO of Wasatch Wind, Tracy developed 160 MW of wind projects across Utah and WY, including the pioneering Spanish Fork Wind Energy Center. His expertise includes project architecture and engineering, transmission, resource evaluations, financial modeling, contract negotiations, lobbying, public relations, and environmental management.

Thomas Taylor is a principal of Kinetic Power. Mr. Taylor’s lifelong engagement with the Navajo Nation began with his father’s trading post established on a remote area of the Nation in the early 20th century. As mayor of Farmington, Mr. Taylors portfolio included the city-owned electric utility. In 1986 he worked with the Navajo Nation to finalize the installation and commissioning of the 30 MW hydro generating station in the Navajo Dam. Mr. Taylor brings together a determined focus on local economic development and a lifelong trusted relationship with the Navajo Nation.
